Ideally located, this comfortable apartment is composed as follows:
A large living room with kitchen open to the living room and dining area,
A sleeping area with double bed and access to the terrace, a bathroom with Italian shower and WC.
The sofa is convertible and can accommodate 2 additional people, however there is still an extra bed.
A pleasant terrace with outdoor lounge offering a view of the city and the sea.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has free internet connection.
Linen is provided (sheets and towels).
The residence is secured by a barrier and numerous parking spaces are available for residents.

For your comfort we will clean after your departure, however we will ask you to put away any furniture that may have been moved, empty the bins, wash and put away the dishes. Otherwise €100 could be withheld from your deposit.
Pets and parties are not allowed in this accommodation.
When you arrive you will have to deposit a deposit of €700 and pay the tourist tax, depending on the booking platform.
