It comprises a pretty living room with a fitted kitchen and sitting area, three good bedrooms, a bathroom with bath on the ground floor and a shower room on the first floor.
You can also enjoy the 800 m² garden and a small veranda! Wi-Fi, bed linen included and towels optional. The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with two sofas, fireplace, connected TV, wood cooker (wood extra) - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, etc. - Bathroom with bath and washing machine/dryer - Separate WC - Veranda with table and chairs On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside : - A beautiful 800 m² unfenced garden, south-west facing - A 20 m² terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally located in Plougasnou, in very pleasant countryside, 2.5 km from the sea and not overlooked.
Nature lovers will be able to relax in this peaceful, rural setting close to a wood.
On certain evenings, deer and hares can be seen nearby. You'll enjoy the essential shops 4.5 km away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a lovely market on Tuesday mornings. Activities: - Enjoy great walking, cycling and running, with the sea just 2.5km away on foot. - Discover a variety of water-based activities for all the family. - Explore Plougasnou's 23km of coastline, dotted with several stunning beaches. Transport links : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park next to the house (2 vehicles). Das Haus ist auch für 6 Personen nutzbar, hat eine gute Größe. Die Ausstattung ist gut, lediglich Salatbesteck und noch etwas größere Töpfe (wenn man für mehr als 2 Personen kochen will) fehlen. Die Lage ist komplett ruhig (ca. 300m bis zur nächsten Straße), allerdings sollte man berücksichtigen, da...

Ty Colo Ein sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus in ruhiger Umgebung und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung. Auch die vielen Strände sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir waren 1 Woche hier und haben die Zeit sehr genossen.
