In the commune of Plurien, we offer this charming house for rent, located on an allotment, not overlooked, with a surface area of 117 m² and able to accommodate up to 8 travellers.
It has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, five bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath).
There's also a 330 m² garden! Wifi (fibre optics), we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 27 m² living room with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, dining area and TV. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette machine, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with cupboard and wardrobe - Shower room with walk-in shower and WC On the first floor: - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with chest of drawers - Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190) with cupboard and wardrobe - Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×190) with wardrobes - A large children's playroom with TV - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironer.
Outside: - A beautiful 330 m² garden, south-north facing, enclosed and private, equipped with table and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs and armchairs. - A 32 m² wooden terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - Garage with washing machine, tumble dryer and table tennis table.
The house is ideally located in Plurien, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities: - In the immediate vicinity of a football pitch and a city park. - Direct access to the GR34 hiking trail. - Water sports available: kayaking, catamaran, jet skiing, sand yachting. - Cycle paths nearby for cycling enthusiasts. - Just minutes from historic and natural sites: Fort la Latte, Cap Fréhel, Cap d'Erquy, Pléneuf-Val-André. - The property is 2 km from the Sable d'Or les Pins casino and 5 km from Erquy.
Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) and private parking in front of the house (2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Lamballe, about 22 km away (24 min by car) - Nearest airport: Rennes, about 107 km away (1h20 by car) - Breizh go bus - We recommend that you use your car to make the most of your stay.
Other remarks : - A table tennis table with rackets and balls is available in the garage. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
