The flat, on the first floor of a building, boasts a large covered terrace, furnished with a relaxation area and dining table from which to enjoy the splendid sea view. The entrance opens onto the living area, comprising a living room with sofas, television, dining table and a separate kitchen equipped with everything necessary for preparing delicious meals. The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a double bed, two with a single bed and one with three single beds. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout.

The undisputed capital of the Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo is an exclusive seaside village built around a cove resembling a deer, which has become the realm of luxury holidays. In the 1960s, Prince Karim Aga Khan IV, fascinated by the beauty of the stretch of coastline, decided to buy the land in this corner of Gallura and give life to a paradise for international elite tourism. The new marina, with 700 berths, is now one of the largest and best equipped in the Mediterranean, and is home to the prestigious Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, organiser of international sailing regattas.

During the summer, it is easy to find yourself shopping with film and television stars in the prestigious boutiques in the centre of Porto Cervo, the location of daily appointments with the international jet set between parties and sporting events (golf in particular) hosted by the prestigious restaurants, luxury hotels and exclusive clubs.
