The accommodation is equipped with every comfort including: unlimited WiFi, equipped kitchen, washing machine, two bathrooms, private parking.

The internal space is organized as follows: -> HIGHER LEVEL - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed. - DINING AREA with dining table; - KITCHEN with fridge, freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, kettle, moka and kitchen utensils. - BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet and WC. - GARDEN with large shed in addition to the BBQ with a table, chairs and deckchairs, the perfect place to enjoy a nice dinner in the company of family and friends. -> LOWER LEVEL (BASEMENT) - BEDROOM I with a double bed. - BEDROOM II with two single beds and a desk. - BATHROOM II with bathtub, sink, bidet and WC. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, portable fans, washing machine, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Availability of a garage and an outdoor parking space for guests. Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Bordighera, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 6 nights.
Children under the age of 12 are exempt. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Imperia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22th to March 23th. Please note that check-in after the indicated time must be organized directly with the property. Registration number 008008-LT-0707

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Très propre, nombreux couchages, 2 salles de bains !
Un peu humide car il faisait particulièrement chaud lors de notre visite mais un petit déshumidificateur a super bien fait le boulot pour la chambre du bas !
Proche des plages et à une 20min du centre de bordighera...
