Utilities (water, gas, and electricity) are charged based on actual consumption, and any balance will be refunded within 14 days after departure.

Wir mussten die Wohnung am Sonntag um 10.00 Uhr verlassen, was für eine Wochenendvermietung sehr früh war. Und es gab am Sonntag kein warmes Wasser mehr.
Ein historischer Ort mitten in der Altstadt, mit Sorgfalt renoviert.

Die Matratzen sind dünn, hart und wirken billig. Auch die Mikrofaserbettwäsche fühlte sich nicht gut an.
