Inside, you have a beautiful and helpful living-dining-kitchen, equipped with AC, ideal for lying down on the sofa and watching Smart TV or reading, just after cooking and enjoying a good banquet. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob for that. The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed, AC, and a closet as well as a bathroom with a bath where you'll also find the washing machine. An iron, an ironing board, and a fan also are available. And if you're traveling with your baby, a cot and a highchair are available on request.

Colonia de Sant Jordi is one of the best residential areas for those who love the coast, the sea, and good restaurants of fresh fish from the area. Its paradisiacal beach of es Port, with crystal-clear water and white sand, is only 130 meters from the apartment. - There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax.
