A large and noble private residence in the center of Canneto on the island of Lipari offers the possibility to live in comfort and charm a beach holiday.
Interior
450 sqm on two floors, large internal spaces, patio and terrace for meals with large sea-view balcony overlooking the island of Panarea and Stromboli. The house offers 4 double bedrooms with attached amenities, a living room with fireplace in typical Aeolian style with the colors of the sea.
Surroundings
The house is strategically located on the only beach of the island where you can find lids and links from boat docks to excursions to the other seven islands. The house is very central in the bay with nearby pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and bus stops. With motorboat service you can reach the famous white sandy beaches of Lipari.
Conditions
Included in the price:
- electricity, gas, water - bed linen and towels.
Not included in price:
- Final cleaning 100 euro
- Baby bed 15 euro / week
- Deposit 300 euros
Car rental fee: 120 euro / week
Animals: not allowed
Arrival: from 3 pm
Departure: by 9am
