The lush garden, surrounded by a well-maintained lawn, provides the perfect setting for relaxation and tranquility. Two fully furnished porches invite you to spend quality time with your loved ones, perhaps while preparing a delicious barbecue. Meanwhile, the little ones can enjoy themselves in the dedicated playground area. The property is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy for your stay.
Interior

The property consists of two single-story buildings.
Main House:
The main house includes three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. It also features two bathrooms, both with showers, one of which is en suite. For families traveling with children, a cot and highchair will be provided.
The cozy living room invites you to relax, either by watching satellite TV or unwinding on the comfortable sofa. The independent kitchen, equipped with a ceramic stove, provides all the necessary utensils for convenient cooking. The dining area is located in the same space. Both the living room and the main bedroom are fitted with air conditioning, and six electric radiators provide additional comfort.
Second Building:
The second building offers a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and a bathroom with a shower. Additional amenities include a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board, ensuring a comfortable and practical stay.

The house is located in the countryside, providing a tranquil environment while being just a short walk from the picturesque village of Sencelles, situated in the heart of Mallorca. The village offers a small supermarket, a bank, restaurants, and all the amenities needed for your stay.
A car is essential for accessing the beaches and exploring the island. We highly recommend visiting a "celler," a traditional Mallorcan restaurant serving delicious local dishes.
On Wednesdays, don't miss the weekly market in Sineu, known as the most traditional market on the island. Here, you can browse stalls filled with fresh fruits, vegetables, clothing, crafts, and jewelry.
