The space is shared by the dining room the kitchen and the bedroom, with a little wall which spares the last one.

The bedroom comes with two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom.

The house does not have a washing machine but the finca counts with laundry service (with an extra cost).

Conditions

• Check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:00.

• Because of Costitx' location in the centre, you may hear some airplanes going by.

• Exterior parking is provided for 2 cars.

• A damage deposit is required per accommodation and is refundable upon departure after a property inspection.

• The deposit must be paid directly to the owner upon arrival.
