Location
Beautiful house with a private pool in the marvelous area of Cala Pi, with a capacity for 8 people.

At the back of the house, you will find the marvellous chlorine pool which is 6 x 3.5 meters and has a depth that goes from 1 to 1.9 meters. It is surrounded by a beautiful terrace where you can sunbathe on a sunbed or enjoy the summer weather. From this area, we get into the amazing furnished porch which includes an area for lunches and dinners outdoors or enjoying a delicious barbecue, and there is also a relaxing area with a sofa and two armchairs to have a vermouth or a drink before going out in the evening. The plot is fenced, it has direct neighbors and privacy is partial.
Interior
The 400 m2 house has two floors. On the ground floor, we find a comfortable and luminous living-dining room that includes two sofas where you can watch TV or relax while listening to a music CD. The dining table can accommodate 6 people and from that same area, we have access to the back porch. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is also very ample, it includes a table for 4 people and it is fully equipped. It also has access to the back porch. Both stays are acclimated with radiators on the coldest days. A bathtub bathroom completes this floor. The four air-conditioned bedrooms are on the 1st floor, where there is another beautiful porch with little corners to relax. The 1st bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in closet, and en en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have two single beds and the last one has a double bed. These three have a closet. There is a third bathroom with a shower for these bedrooms. If you are traveling with a baby, a cot and a highchair are also available. At the house, you will find a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, and an ironing board.
Surroundings
This house is located very near a unique spot the beach of Cala Pi. It is a little beach with fine sand and dreamy turquoise waters. There are some restaurants around. You can visit the near 17th-century watchtower or go for a long walk to Cap Blanc, a long route which will compensate you with beautiful cliffs and visits to Es Trenc and Sa Rápita beaches.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- We cannot accept guests under 28 years old unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the
booking.

- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay
