Interior
The house of about 135 m2 distributed on one floor, has 3 bedrooms, all with a wardrobe; one of them with double bed and two with two single beds and air conditioning. If you are traveling with a baby, we can prepare a cot and a highchair on request. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The living dining room, with a special character thanks to its stone wall, is very cozy and has a comfortable sofa, TV-Sat, and air conditioning. A second separate dining room with a large dining table for 8 guests also has a sofa and A / C. The independent kitchen with a gas stove, has all the necessary utensils. There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Located on the outskirts of Inca, this villa is ideal for those who seek tranquility without getting too far from the village. Inca is a small town in the center of the island with a lot of charm and a great variety of shops, from grocery stores to clothing stores and other products. In addition, this city is known for its famous "cellers", restaurants where you can taste the specialties of Mallorcan cuisine; and its traditional "Thursday" market. It has been held continuously for more than seven centuries.

The hermitage of Santa Magdalena, located on top of a small mountain declared of cultural interest, and its excellent viewpoint on the island, is a place worth visiting. For those wishing to enjoy the beach, in just 20-25 minutes of driving, you will reach the north coast and the magnificent fine sandy beaches of Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort.
