Albarella Island, connected to the mainland via a bridge, is located in the Po Delta Park, between Chioggia (30 km) and Comacchio (45 km), in Rosolina, in the province of Rovigo. With its 5 km length, Albarella is a private island where you can spend your holidays in complete relaxation or enjoy your favourite sports (including golf, horse riding, and water sports).
There are over 2,000,000 trees belonging to about 150 tree species, mostly native, forming part of the typical flora of the Mediterranean scrub. Albarella has always been a destination and refuge for many animal species. The name of the island is linked to a tree, the “Populus Alba,” the white poplar, known as "Arborea" in the local dialect.

Walking around the island is safe every season and at any time of the day, thanks to controlled and limited access. Additionally, slow and eco-friendly means of transport, such as bicycles and golf carts, are encouraged, and they can be rented within the island at the Island Services Center.
Interior Modern 70 m² terraced house arranged over two floors, comfortably accommodating up to 4 adults. The property features a fully equipped outdoor patio and a private, fenced garden, offering a practical and comfortable setting for a relaxing stay. It is ideally located just a short walk from the beach and directly next to the Capo Nord Hotel. An additional sleeping place on the sofa bed can be arranged upon request at the time of booking, at a cost of €15 per person. A cot for one infant is also available at an additional cost of €35 per week, payable locally. On the ground floor, the house features a separate, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, four-ring hob, dishwasher, crockery, glassware, cutlery, saucepans, and kitchen utensils. The kitchen provides direct access to the rear garden. There is also a bright living area overlooking the front garden, furnished with a sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with shower and WC. The first floor comprises one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, together with a bathroom with shower and WC. The accommodation is equipped with a range of facilities and amenities, including an LCD TV, air conditioning, washing machine, clothes airer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and an outdoor barbecue. Parking for one car is available close to the house, while a second car can be parked in the designated parking area approximately 800 metres from the property. The property is located next to the Capo Nord Hotel and the dog-friendly beach, making it an ideal choice for guests travelling with pets. For stays of at least 7 nights, between 01/05/2027 and 05/09/2027, an equipped beach service is included at the Capo Nord beach establishment. The service includes 1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds per house, available from the day of arrival until the day before departure. The beach position is from the third row onwards.
