Welcome to this beautiful house for 4 guests located in the Andratx outskirts mountains, with a lovely swimming pool.
This unique and lovely countryside house is ideal for families, couples, or friends who are nature lovers looking for disconnect. The outdoors is so quiet and you will feel very peaceful and relaxed after swimming at its 5m x 3m chlorine swimming pool, with a 1.70 depth, surrounded by a very nice area, perfect to prepare a delicious barbecue and have a wonderful dinner with your loved ones trying a nice glass of typical wine and feeling the Majorcan breeze. The property is all fenced, and you will find beautiful gooses in an enclosed corner.
Interior
This house decoration is modest but very nice, and you will find all the necessary amenities that you might need during your stay. It disposes of a comfortable dining room, with a satellite TV (English channels) and a stone fireplace and Mediterranean-style wood. It is open to the equipped gas kitchen. On this floor, you will find one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bathroom has access to the hallway too. Additionally, on the first floor, with access only from outside, there is a second bathroom with a shower and a second bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms dispose of wardrobes. You will also find a cot, a high chair, a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. During the summer, the countryside is a colder area than the rest of the island, although you will dispose of 3 fans. And if you come over another time of the year, the house offers central heating.

It is a very special area where you will be able to enjoy nature to the maximum. For the adventurous ones, near the house, you will find the Sa Coma Freda route, a wonderful trip with idyllic spots. The house is located not far from Andratx where you will find restaurants and bars, shops, and supermarkets. At only a 5km distance, Puerto de Andratx is perfect for canoeing or sailing activities. It is a bit more luxurious area surrounded by unforgettable coves like Cala Marmassen, Cala Racó, or Cala de S'Aritja, and different beaches.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid in cash on-site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
