The villas are thoughtfully furnished to ensure a comfortable stay.

They feature a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (including a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), bedrooms with various bed configurations, bathrooms or shower rooms, and toilets.

Each accommodation also includes a balcony or terrace with garden furniture.

Conditions
The deposit is split into two payments: one for the villa and one for cleaning.

It will be refunded after an inventory check on the day of departure or sent by mail.
Tourist tax:
To be paid on-site, and the amount may vary.
Arrival and Departure Times:

• Arrival: Saturdays between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
• Departure: Saturdays before 10 a.m.

Included in the Price:

• Bed linen (beds made upon arrival)
• Bathroom linens (including tea towels)
• TV
• WIFI access
• Baby kit (high chair and/or baby bed, upon request and subject to availability)
• Cleaning kit
• Access to covered outdoor parking
• Access to the shared heated outdoor swimming pool (open from mid-May to end of September* from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.)

*Note: At the beginning and end of the season, we cannot guarantee a comfortable swimming temperature.
End-of-stay cleaning:
An additional cleaning fee is included in the price.

However, please note that accommodations must be left clean and tidy.

If the accommodation requires additional cleaning beyond what is described in our Terms & Conditions, any related costs will be deducted from your deposit.

• Pets allowed*: Price per pet per stay (7 nights or more) or per night (for stays under 7 nights).

*Pets must have up-to-date vaccinations and a tattoo.

Dogs must be kept on a leash within the Domaine.
