The residence is housed in a 2-storey L-shaped building with a lift. Each apartment includes a balcony or terrace. The accommodations range from studios for 2/3 people to 2/3-room apartments for up to 6 people, all featuring comfortable amenities such as a functional kitchenette, a bathroom or shower (PMR-accessible), and a separate toilet.

Two 2-room apartments on the ground floor, designed for up to 4 people, are specifically adapted for individuals with reduced mobility. These feature a bedroom with a raised bed for two, a sliding door between the bedroom and living room for easy access, and a kitchen table and work surface at wheelchair-accessible heights. The bathroom is equipped with grab rails for the shower and toilet, along with a PVC chair for use in the shower. The residence also provides four designated parking spaces and an access ramp at the entrance.

A deposit is required upon arrival and will be held until the accommodation is inspected after your stay. You will receive confirmation by email once the deposit is released. Please ensure the accommodation is returned in perfect cleanliness; otherwise, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
