Interior

This three-room duplex apartment offers approximately 45 m² of living space and is designed to accommodate up to six guests.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living area with two pull-out beds (190x80 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchenette featuring a ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave/grill, filter coffee machine, and kettle.

The upper floor includes a bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm), as well as a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

A private terrace completes the space, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
