Nestled against the Maures mountain range, this charming southern town is surrounded by vineyards and forests, offering a lush, green landscape where rolling hills gently lead down to the sea and its golden sandy beaches. At the foot of the residence, the Route de Brégançon serves as the perfect starting point for pleasant walks and hikes. Several accommodation types are available: studios for 2 people, 2‑room apartments for 4, and 3‑room apartments for up to 6 guests. Interior Studio for 2 people (approx. 23 m²) – Terrace or balcony The living area includes a double bed (2 × 80 cm) and a 160 cm sofa bed, as well as reversible air conditioning. The equipped kitchenette features a 2‑burner ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, coffee maker, and kettle. The accommodation has a bathroom with toilet. A terrace or balcony is also available. Please note that the interior of the accommodation may differ from the photos. Surroundings The natural landscapes and mild climate of La Londe-les-Maures make it an ideal destination for water sports, as well as activities such as tennis and golf.
The Var hills and the Massif des Maures offer a wide range of hiking and cycling trails, including the Notre-Dame-des-Maures route and the Garenne and Annamites paths. Available activities include: water sports such as sailing, diving, jet skiing, sea kayaking, water skiing, boat rentals, fishing, and snorkeling; a tourist train operating from June to September; hiking, cycling, mountain biking, and bike rentals; tennis, golf, horseback riding, and mini-golf; spa, wellness, and fitness centers; the Valcros 18-hole golf course; cinema and nightclubs. Escape: Situated between Hyères and Saint-Tropez, La Londe-les-Maures enjoys a privileged location on the Var coast, offering easy access to the region’s natural, cultural, and gastronomic treasures.
Visitors can explore the Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, and Île du Levant), Fort de Brégançon, the wine route, and the nearby towns of Le Lavandou, Bormes-les-Mimosas, and Toulon. Conditions A security deposit is required on arrival, payable by check or by credit card pre‑authorization.
It is released within 72 hours after departure, following an inspection of the accommodation’s condition and cleanliness.
The accommodation must be left perfectly clean; otherwise, a fixed amount may be deducted from the deposit according to the scale available at reception. Local taxes, including the tourist tax and eco‑tax, are payable on site and may be subject to change. Arrival and departure times: For the Rental Package (minimum 7 nights): arrival between 5 pm and 8 pm, departure between 8 am and 10 am. For the Short Break Package (2 to 6 nights): arrival from 5 pm, departure before 10 am. In case of late arrival, guests must contact the residence before 8 pm to receive instructions for check‑in. Im Badezimmer wäre ein Duschvorhang sowie ein zusätzlicher klappbarer Stützgriff an der Toilette wünschenswert.
Ansonsten war alles Tip Top.
