Location
Directly at the marina and 300 meters from the beach of the lake Lac d'Hourtin Carcans, near Hourtin, this holiday park is located. This inland lake is about 10 km away from the Atlantic Coast with its endless sandy beaches. Hourtin is a dynamic place with all kinds of sporting activities, very suitable for children and families. The holiday park, renovated in 2007, consists of 3 smaller buildings built around the pool and the garden. You will find a reception, an internet point against payment, a heated outdoor swimming pool open from mid-May to the end of September, a children's play area with sand and games, a restaurant open from mid-April and parking. Various animations are organized for children, youth and adults. You can reserve extra for a baby set, a rental TV and final cleaning with an extra charge. Pets are allowed with a valid vaccination certificate, provided that they are reserved and in possession of a valid vaccination certificate
Interior
This 2-room duplex apartment has an area of about 27 m2 and can accommodate 4 persons. It consists of a living room with sleeping places for 2 persons and of a closed mezzanine with a double bed (velux). The accommodation also features a kitchenette equipped with fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The toilet is located in the bathroom. The balcony is equipped with patio furniture. For an additional fee you can reserve a baby kit, a TV and final cleaning. Pets are only allowed upon request, for a fee and provided they have a current vaccination certificate.

Surroundings
In the immediate vicinity of the holiday park near the forest of Les Landes, you can play tennis, bike-there is a bike rental available, surfing, canoeing, miniature golf, mountain biking, horseback riding, sailing, skating and hiking. For golf lovers there are three golf courses in the region, one of which even has 27 holes. Besides all these sporting activities there is also culture. For example, you can visit castles and taste wine there. After all, you are in the famous wine region of the Médoc. But the oyster farms in the Bay of Arcachon are also worth a visit. A very famous dune is 'dune of Pyla'. This is the highest dune in Europe with a height of 107 meters. In this area you can enjoy a great holiday with sports activities and excursions in the area.
Conditions
Your holiday accommodation can be found 300 meters from the Hourtin Carcans lake and the beaches. You can use the following facilities: open air, heated swimming pool, open from mid-April to the end of September, free parking space, Wi-Fi internet connection at the reception and in some apartments. There is a special area for the children, a playing field and bicycle rental. You can use an iron and ironing board, book loan point with deposit, bike rental at the reception in July and August. For an additional fee you can book a baby package, TV and final cleaning. Television is included in the price only during the summer season. A free outdoor parking space per apartment is available. Fun activities are organized for children: free entertainment for everyone with day and evening programs. In July and August: free children's clubs for 4-11 year olds, five half days per week, free teenagers club for 12-15 years old. For the adults, the restaurant is on and from the beginning of April. A deposit and tourist tax must be paid on arrival. The deposit will be returned to you on departure and after the inventory or by mail. The accommodation should leave you spotlessly clean, if this is not the case, you will only receive a part of the deposit back. Pets are allowed for an additional fee, a pet per apartment provided they have a valid vaccination certificate and tattoo, dogs must be kept on a leash at the residence at all times.
