Location
The residence is located on the southwestern coast of Sicily, in the center of Triscina, a seaside hamlet of Selinunte, in a region rich in tradition and archaeological testimonies, at just 4 km (along the coast) from the archaeological park of Selinunte (the largest archaeological park in Europe). The estate has an excellent location from which it is easy to reach the numerous archaeological and natural sites, among the most important ones in western Sicily by car, and offers a direct access to the golden sandy beach ( private use in summer) lapped by a clear crystal and still unspoiled sea.
Interior
It has a double bed, or 2 single beds, plus a double sofa bed in the living room. All accommodations are equipped with heating and air-conditioning (adjustable by the customer and programmed by times: from 13.00 to 16.00 and from 19.00 to 07.00), safe deposit box, direct dial telephone, TV (satellite and digital terrestrial), fixtures with double glazing to ensure thermal and acoustic insulation, orthopedic beds, kitchenette (with stove with oven plus fridge freezer 280 L), bathroom with hairdryer and hydro massage shower cabin.

A tour of the most beautiful examples of worldwide archeology (Selinunte, Mothia, Segesta, Palermo, Agrigento) in this part of Sicily is enhanced by the charm emanating from the colours of the natural scenery surrounding these historical testimonies and by scents of the Mediterranean vegetation. Conditions

The rental price includes:
-Private parking within the facility.
-Children's playground by the sea and outdoors from 18/4 to 27/9.
-Beach service, including one setup: one deck chair, one sunbed, and one umbrella per accommodation unit. The setup is guaranteed but not assigned:
-From 31/5 to 6/6 and from 14/9 to 27/9, the setup is without lifeguard assistance, available daily from 10 AM to 6 PM.
-From 6/6 to 14/9, the setup is with lifeguard assistance, available daily from 9 AM to 7 PM.
-Swimming pools: for adults (25x13.50 meters) and children (5x10 meters), outdoors and by the sea, available from 31/5 to 27/9.
-Mini club from 6/6 to 14/9 for children aged 3 (toilet-trained) to 12 years, 6 days a week, offering age-specific activities and the possibility of lunch assistance.
-Daytime dance, sports, and fitness activities, 6 days a week, from 14/6 to 14/9.
-Evening entertainment and shows, 6 days a week, from 14/6 to 14/9.

For the residence option, utilities include air conditioning, bed linen (weekly change), and bathroom linen (mid-week change).
