Location

The complex lies in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, amidst olive trees and oak woods, and is located just 3 km from Colle di Val d'Elsa, at a distance of 13 km from San Gimignano, 15 km from Siena and 45 km from Florence.
It was built in the 80's and was recently renovated in the typical local style. The building was converted into two apartments, a large one (villa) and a smaller one (two-room).
In the spacious garden of the house, surrounded by olive trees, guests will find a swimming pool where they can relax and sunbathe, plus there is also the opportunity to go for long walks (in the woods, olive groves and vineyards) and hiking, even with a guide.
The apartments are surrounded by plants and a garden which is furnished with tables, chairs and a barbecue.
On our premises, upon request, you can book a lunch or a dinner with personal chef at your home, who can also give lessons on traditional Tuscan cuisine.
Interior
The villa can accommodate up to 10-11 people, and has a total area of approx. 140 sqm.
Located on the ground floor of the complex, it has a separate entrance and consists of a large living room-kitchen with built-in kitchenettes equipped with a large marble sink, stove with 5 burners and a plate, an oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster , American coffee maker and everything you need for preparing meals.
The living room is furnished with a three-seat sofa, a fireplace and a TV (non-satellite). There is also a small bathroom with shower.

There are two sitting-rooms, one with two single sofa beds, the other one with a queen- size sofa bed, plus there are two large double bedrooms and a large bedroom furnished with two single beds and a sofa bed. The bathrooms, adjacent to the double bedrooms, are spacious and complete with shower and washing machine. There's also a second smaller kitchen, equipped with a four burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and everything you need for four / six persons.
Guests have part of the garden at their exclusive use, with two gazebos for outdoor dining or relaxing.
Each apartment has an independent heating system that allows you to warm up on the coldest days, non-satellite televisions, and a Wi-Fi internet connection.

The apartment described above can be divided into two apartments (a two-room apartment 2+2 and a three-room apartment), each with private entrance and a private outdoor room.
Surroundings

The complex is surrounded by five hectares of land with woods, olive trees, vineyards and cultivated fields where you can go for walks surrounded by nature.
The location has a central position from where you can easily reach most of the famous cities in Tuscany. In a short time you can reach Florence (km.45), Siena (15 kms), Volterra (25km), San Gimignano (12 km), the Chianti region (12 km), the Crete Senesi (km 60) and the Tyrrhenian coast (100 km).
You can, as well, easily reach various supermarkets (3 km), golf courses and tennis courts, horse riding, archery, a bike path and a bike rental shop (1 km).

The price includes:

The price does not include:
- heating costs: according to consumption at a cost of 1.5 euro/hour
- deposit: 150 euro
- extra bed with bed linen: 50 euro / week

Pets are allowed. Price: 30 euro / pet / week.
