Fabulous duplex penthouse flat with lateral views of the Patacona beach, can accommodate up to 4 people, it is the perfect combination of beach and city-rest. Easy access to public transport. Its functional design, as well as the magnificent views of the pool and beach from the terraces will make your stay a relaxing and pleasant experience.
The flat of 75 m2 and 30 m2 of terrace has the following spaces
-Comfortable living-dining room with chaise lounge sofa, TV-HD and direct access to the duplex terrace with magnificent lateral views of the sea and the pool.
-Spacious master bedroom with two single beds of 80x190 cm, dressing table, with access to terrace.
-Second bedroom with double bed of 135x190 cm.
- Bathroom with bathtub and washbasin.
- Independent kitchen with very functional gallery and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils (washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, blender, juicer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine...).
- Duplex terrace where you can enjoy on the ground floor a breakfast table and chairs for 4 people with glass curtain and on the 1st floor with access by stairs an impressive outdoor dining area with table and chairs for 4 people, with Balinese bed for two people, and a toilet.
It comes with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen towel, 2 rubbish bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: hand gel, coffee capsules and bottle of coffee and a bottle of water. Coffee capsules and 1.5l. bottle of mineral water.

You will enjoy the proximity of the orchard of Valencia, which dates back to the Andalusian period. To the classic crops that were already grown in Roman times, cereals, vines, olives, rice and tiger nuts are added as the most characteristic of this area, as well as vegetables such as aubergines and artichokes.
How to get around
A bus stop (lines 19 - 31), taxi and bicycle lane are available just a few metres away from the flat.
