On the 1st floor (access by elevator): entrance hall, living room-kitchen area (double sofa bed - connected TV), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 BZ convertible sofa for 2 people 140x190 cm and 1 bunk bed for 1 person 90x190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. 2 balcony terraces.
Washer dryer. 1 private parking space outside and a garage in the basement included.
Telephone and internet network limited depending on operators. Residence Les Portes du Mont-Blanc, made up of 2 chalets, at the entrance to the hamlet Le Plan, located in a valley, between meadows and forests, 4 km from La Giettaz and 10 km from Flumet (food shops during the seasons tourism).
