Mallorca is more than just a sunny island in the Mediterranean. Mallorca is a lifestyle that you will quickly discover in this rustic, charming stone villa near S'Horta. The idyllic garden welcomes you with a small palm oasis that will immediately lift your spirits. The pool resembles a wave and is surrounded by terracotta tiles and sandstone. Grab your favourite drink and simply drift through the day. The garden is so lovingly laid out that you can quickly relax and recharge your batteries on one of the pool terraces. Children can play on the swings or start a little table tennis match, which will of course also bring back memories for some adults. Under the covered terrace, you can enjoy fresh fruit or tasty fish during a siesta and almost feel like a real islander. The cute wooden shutters do their utmost to create a natural Spanish flair.
You will feel at home as soon as you enter the villa. The wooden beams on the ceiling and the rustic furnishing style will win your heart in no time at all. Everything here is just as it should be in a real villa. High-quality natural materials in subtle natural tones characterise the strong character of this house. On the ground floor, right next to the dining room, is the kitchen with a long table that makes a great place for long conversations. If you then enjoy the evening in front of the crackling open fire after dinner, you have done everything right. One of the bedrooms is located directly in the small tower that rises above the villa. Two bathrooms and two further bedrooms are also located on the ground floor. Thanks to the optimised room layout, up to ten guests have plenty of space to relax even when the house is full. Two further bedrooms and a bathroom await you on the upper floor, which also has a separate entrance.
In the immediate vicinity of this absolutely peaceful villa, with a car park right next to the house, you can experience wonderful unspoilt nature and the crystal-clear sea, which can be reached on foot in no time at all. Why not make a detour to the weekly market in Santanyí, approx. 15 km away, also possible by bike. A long history gives this town with its golden sandstone buildings a sense of magic and adventure. If you want to improve your handicap, simply visit the golf course just 7 km away. You can experience romantic moments on the beach of Cala D'Or, on the sandy beach lined with pine trees, while you enjoy the endless expanse and the sound of the sea. At the end of your holiday, you will realise that you have experienced the authentic and original soul of Mallorca. The typical Mallorcan Villa Sanau DOr has chosen a pretty little spot on the island of Mallorca. It is located in the south-east, where mass tourism is far away and where authentic restaurants merge with inviting bars. The bay of Cala D'Or is less than 1 kilometre away, so the pine-lined walk to the beach is a pure delight for the senses.
