Alles hat uns 4 sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist wirklich ein Glück. Die Aussicht ist perfekt, das Haus innen sehr klug und schön eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber! Alles hat wirklich gepaßt.
Und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war extrem positiv. Immer sehr schnell, sehr nett und zuvorkommend geantwortet. Ich durfte die Kaution in EUR hinterlegen, die Abnahme war sehr schnell und vernünftig.
Die Straßen in Haute-Nendaz direkt in der Nähe des Hauses sind etwas holprig.

Die Lage des Hauses und die Aussicht auf das Rhonetal und die gegenüber liegende Gebirgskette.
Gute Einkaufs- und vielfältige Einkehrmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.
Man kann seine Wandertouren direkt am Haus starten.
Garten und Haus könnten insgesamt besser gepflegt und sauberer sein. Ein paar Sachen im Haus (Toaster, Kabel zur Nachttischlampe im 2. Zimmer, Tür zum Bad) sind defekt und müssten ersetzt bzw. repariert werden
Auf dem Notbett für die 5. Person kann man nicht schlafen.
Haus eigentlich nur für 4 Personen geeignet.

Nous avons apprécié la localisation de la maison, la vue et le calme. Il y a beaucoup d’équipements.
L’échange avec l’hôte a été très facile et il a été réactif suite à notre demande.
Le gros hic a été l’entretien et la propreté de la maison. Les placards ne sont pas rangés. Le ménage n’a été que superficiel malgré un second passage après notre signalement (toiles d’araignées, moquettes tachées, poussières, vaisselle sale,… ). Les extérieurs étaient non tendus, pas taillés avec p...
