Located on Boulevard Georges Clémenceau, this house is ideal for spending quality time with family.
This 80m² house has two floors and a basement the same size as the house.
The ground floor comprises an entrance hall leading to the living/dining room with a large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
Amenities include a multi-function microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, and ceramic hob. A bedroom (with a double bed), a large shower room, and a toilet complete this raised ground floor. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a double bed. On the garden level, there is a large playroom, a space with a sink (summer kitchen style), and a laundry room. The enclosed garden provides a safe and secure space for children to play and for parking several cars. The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl.
VAT). Cleaning is optional: €110 for 6 people. Linens are optional: €80. A proportional tourist tax is extra. Reservations on our website are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday.
For dates outside of Saturday, short stays, or any other period outside of Saturday to Saturday, please contact us. Check-in is generally between 4 pm and 8 pm, and check-out is between 8 am and 10 am. For arrivals or departures before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM, an additional fee applies: 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM - €50 10:00 PM to Midnight - €80 Midnight to 6:00 AM - €100 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM - €70 Professional listing. Attention, l’emplacement de la maison n’est pas bon quand on rentre l’adresse dans Waze ou Google Map....

Manque de verdure. Environnement très minéral, c’est dommage car il y aurait moyen de réaliser un très joli jardin avec des végétaux
