Located on the popular Presqu'île de Giens, Madrague side, this house welcomes you in an exceptional natural setting, just a few steps from the coves, the coastal path and the typical small port of La Madrague.
Thanks to its private access to the beach, you will enjoy a privileged environment, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
In the immediate vicinity are also the famous Almanarre beach, the pier for Porquerolles and a wide range of activities: diving, kayaking, paddle, jet-skiing, boat rental, hiking, night markets, restaurants... Let yourself be carried by the chanting of cicadas and the unique sweetness of life of the Madrague, an authentic destination where the preserved coastline invites you to enjoy every moment. Welcome to CABANON, Charming air-conditioned house of 65 m2 that can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. Located in a private dead end secured by a gate, it opens onto a pleasant entrance terrace.
The spacious and bright living room includes an air-conditioned living/dining room with convertible sofa, TV and fully equipped kitchen.
This space gives access to a large shaded terrace and furnished with garden furniture, outdoor kitchen and barbecue, all without vis-à-vis for moments of relaxation in total tranquility. The night space consists of a double bedroom with bed 140x200 cm, a bedroom with three single beds 90x190 cm and a shower room with toilet. For your comfort: wifi, air conditioning, umbrella bed, high chair, fans, washing machine, dishwasher, summer kitchen, outdoor furniture, as well as 2 paddles and 1 inflatable kayak to fully enjoy the coast.
A private access to the beach is located just 100 m via a staircase. Parking is free on the street. Linen not provided – on-site rental possibility: • Double bed : 22 € • Single bed : 14 € • Kit towel / person : 10 € To be settled on site: • Deposit: 750 € • Compulsory household : 100 € • Tourist tax: at current rate In particular: • Pets allowed (additional € 30) • Accommodation not suitable for persons with reduced mobility • 100% non-smoking housing Benefits included: HYERES MENAGE T3 A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
