At Finca "Olivo de Son Jaumell", the beach is just a few minutes' walk from the front door, making island life feel effortless. But with such a fantastic outdoor area, you might not want to leave.
The raised, partially covered terrace, shaded by gnarled olive trees, is perfect for meals overlooking the beautiful landscape. In the evening, the brick-built barbecue invites you to enjoy a Mediterranean feast. The large garden with Mediterranean trees is centred around a pool, which is decorated with mosaic stones and can be reached via a staircase. Plenty of sun loungers are available and an outdoor shower is refreshing after a swim. From the roof terrace you have a marvellous view of the surrounding area.
The terrace leads directly into the kitchen and living/dining room, making the transition between indoor and outdoor areas easier. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for self-catering and you can enjoy garden views from the dining area. A sofa area under a white brick arch is ideal for reading or watching TV. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a shower room. On the upper floor, two further beautiful bedrooms share a bathroom. This finca is perfect for beach and garden lovers looking for a quiet retreat with family or friends.
Surrounded by an attractive Mediterranean landscape and less than a kilometre from Cala Agulla with its beautiful sandy beach, you can enjoy privacy and spaciousness in this holiday home in Mallorca. The town of Cala Ratjada is also not far away, where you can do your daily shopping or eat out, enjoy the colourful nightlife and water sports, but also take a stroll to the picturesque old harbour.
Note: This property is managed by a private owner, not a company or a trader. This means that EU consumer law may not apply.
