A house for two in a quiet location, with a pool (open from March to November), flair and space... it's not easy to find! Small villas in particular are a rarity on the island and are also very popular with single travellers and couples.
The rural location provides a liberating view of the beautiful flat to slightly hilly area; the 5,000 m² property exudes a wonderful feeling of peace and privacy.
All this can be enjoyed on the beautiful terraces on several sides of the house or on the balcony on the top floor, which reveals a view that extends even further into the picturesque surroundings.
In fine weather, take a walk along the pretty stone path to the pool area, which is a little further away from the house and exudes a unique, idyllic atmosphere.
Surrounded by mature trees and a paved sunbathing lawn, a very special place to relax awaits you - don't forget to bring your favourite drink! You can cool off as you please or opt for a sporting activity.
No one will ask you here; you alone set the tone for your personal holiday melody. A glass door leads from the terrace into the interior of the 45 m² villa.
You first enter the pleasantly bright living and dining room, which is made even cosier by the fireplace and the practical kitchenette.
The fold-out sofa in natural-coloured fabric matches the rest of the living area with its terracotta tiles and exposed wooden beams.
The second part of the kitchen sink, storage space is just around the corner, so you can easily divide up the tasks without getting in each other's way.
A bathroom with shower on the other side of the hallway completes this floor and one floor up there is another, which also houses the bedroom with access to the outside and a balcony.
After you have slept here, you can look directly into the wide landscape in the morning as if you were still dreaming.
In this friendly and well-kept holiday home, you as a couple are sure to find the peace and quiet you need and time together far away from the stresses of everyday life. If you want to leave your oasis for a short time, there is plenty to discover in the surrounding area.
The small, somewhat sleepy village of Porreres offers an experience every Tuesday: half the village goes to the weekly market.
In addition to fruit and vegetables, you will also find household goods, clothing and shoes.
The stalls are spread across the main square and the smaller alleyways.
The rock castle Castell de Santueri and the San Salvador monastery are located near Felanitx and will reward you for your efforts with a fantastic view.
The beaches of the south and east coast are easily accessible by hire car - we recommend a model that is suitable for country roads due to the access road for relaxed, leisurely days at the beach. The original two-person villa Son Coix Nou is situated on a spacious plot in a secluded rural location close to Porreres (approx. 5 km), where you can do your daily shopping.
The village is a little off the main road between Llucmajor and Felanitx.
You can spend a lovely day on the coast in the harbour town of Colonia de Sant Jordi, for example.
The nearest beaches, such as Cala Murada or Cala Tropicana, are approx. 24 km away. Please note: This property is managed by a private owner, not by a company or a trader.
This means that EU consumer law may not apply.
However, you can rest assured that we will provide you with the same level of customer service and your stay will be no different to booking accommodation with a professional owner.

Sehr hübsche, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Finca für zwei Personen. Alles was man braucht ist da und Dolores und Balta sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Der Zufahrtsweg ist in der Tat etwas schwierig, dafür ist man dann recht abgeschieden ( ein Nachbar, von dem man aber nur den Hahn hört, der auch ab und zu zu Besuch kommt….)Uns hat es sehr gefallen!

Es war ein absoluter Traumurlaub. Wir waren über Silvester dort und haben einige wunderbar ruhige Tage verbracht. Die gesamte Finca ist sehr gepflegt und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche übrig.
