Ideally located just 50m from the sea and in the heart of Le Havre, in one of the famous buildings designed by architect Auguste Perret, you can explore all the magic of Le Havre (UNESCO World Heritage-listed architecture) on foot. You’ll be staying close to the renowned MuMa Museum, just 200m from the beach, 300m from City Hall, and 100m from gourmet shops.
This beautiful, fully renovated apartment will charm you with its brightness and proximity to the sea.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor (without an elevator, but with stairs with small steps) in a quiet and secure residence. Inside, everything is arranged to make you feel at home. Designed for 4 people, it includes
A fully equipped open kitchen with a central island (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/microwave, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, etc.), allowing you to prepare delicious meals.
A living area with a lounge and dining space. It features a high-quality sofa bed (140x200cm) and a 43-inch Smart TV.
A master bedroom with a walk-in closet, furnished with a quality Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom with an Italian-style shower.
The accommodation is very bright, fully equipped, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. A parking space may be available within the residence; however, as the spots are not assigned, we cannot guarantee availability during your stay.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, please limit noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No parties or events will be tolerated in the apartment. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the security deposit in case of excessive noise or damages.
## Access
When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the apartment.
Parking is paid around the apartment from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, then from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city is available for all electric vehicles. Going to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! The tram and buses are also a good way to explore the city.
The nearest underground parking to the apartment is Les Halles (Volcano) - €6.90 for 12 hours, then €0.10/15 min additional. 7-day pass €23.

The apartment is ideally located in the city center, in a quiet residence near shops, the cruise port, the beach, the casino, and the main attractions of Le Havre. For groceries, food lovers will be delighted with Les Halles located less than 200m from the apartment and the nearby shops on Rue de Paris. Also, a small Carrefour Market open every day from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM is nearby.
