This dreamy chalet is located in the Filzstein Resort on the Filzsteinalpe and was recently completed. This unique location allows you to fully enjoy your well-deserved vacation, while the view from the window delights and soothes you, putting you in the holiday mood.
Thanks to its spacious layout, the house offers enough peace and retreat options for up to 8 people. The Filzstein lifts, just a few meters from the house, take you right into the Zillertal Arena.
The cozy atmosphere and comfort of the chalet invite you to linger. The fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere in the cold winter months and provides the comforting warmth after a long day of skiing, making the day end in a cozy way. A large terrace with garden furniture and a breathtaking panoramic view of the Hohe Tauern National Park invites you to relaxing breaks in the sun.
The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area offer plenty of space for cooking and chatting together. For variety, there are restaurants and après-ski venues nearby.
With a carport right at the house and another parking space in the underground garage, two parking spaces are available. The perfect location near lifts and trails allows you to dive right into the winter sports fun of the Zillertal Arena. You can rent suitable equipment at the Sport 2000 sports shop.
In summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain biking, and mountain tours. If you appreciate the peaceful surroundings, you're in the right place during the summer season in Hochkrimml. Adrenaline junkies can enjoy activities like Mega Flying Fox, Mega Swing, white-water tubing, or the high ropes course.

Ruim, modern en een prachtig uitzicht! Van alle gemakken voorzien. Grote keuken. Veel aparatuur aanwezig.
Goede bedden, matrassen. Fijne sauna.
Goed te bereiken met auto. Eigen carport bij woning. Ruime eettafel en zithoek. 2 ruime badkamers. Mooi, nieuw en schoon.
Buitenmeubelen waren niet ideaal.
De ligbedden wel maar tafel en stoelen aan vervanging toe. Beter een grote picknick tafel neerzetten.
Hoofdkussens slaapkamers niet echt stevig.
