Willkommen in der charmanten Ferienwohnung „Kavelweg 43 EG“ im malerischen Seeheilbad Zingst!
Doppelhaushälfte mit 2 separaten Wohnungen inklusive Sky und Wallbox in ruhige Lage in der Mitte von Zingst.
Das neu möblierte große 1. Zimmer-Apartment ist ca. 45 m² groß.
Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage und ist nur 300 Meter von der Strandstraße mit ihren Geschäften und Restaurants und ca. 400 Meter von der Seebrücke und dem breiten Sandstrand entfernt.
Seit 2023 gibt es einen Glasfaseranschluss mit schnellem WLAN und Sky ist kostenfrei verfügbar.
Seit 2023 Wallbox für E-Autos gegen Gebühr verfügbar.
1 PKW Stellplatz, Fahrradabstellplatz, 1 Wohnschlafzimmer mit Küchenzeile (Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Kochfeld, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach)

Das Gesamtpaket!
Hervorragend Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen und alles sehr ruhig. Man fühlt sich beim Betreten der Wohnung sofort wohl.
Kritik auf hohem Niveau! Ein paar Platzdeckchen. Vielleicht wäre auch eine kleine Auswahl an Gewürzen nicht schlecht und ein Brotkorb.

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage in Strandnähe (5min Fußmarsch). Am Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.
