We are offering for rent, in the commune of L'Haÿ-les-Roses, this charming 20 m² studio apartment that can comfortably accommodate 2 travellers.
Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, and a shower room (with shower). Sheets and towels included, we're just waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 16 m² living room with TV and WIFI, a double sofa bed and a dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc. - A shower room with shower and WC For your convenience, your host has provided a washing machine. The studio is ideally located in L'Haÿ-les-Roses, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Just 50m away, enjoy the swimming pool and tennis courts at Parc de la Roseraie. - Discover the Jardin de la Roseraie, a world-famous place of pleasure and beauty.
This 1.5-hectare formal garden is part of a 14-hectare English-style landscaped park.
