Behind a lockable gate, in a large courtyard is located in a direct, quiet, Rhine one of the oldest half-timbered houses in Koblenz - Wallersheim: We affectionately call it "Rhein-Koblenz", as it has experienced more than 200 years - the history of pure Koblenz has experienced.
The location is absolutely quiet, at the end of a lane.
In the house itself, the first wall decorations and beams of that time can still be discovered.
The house where the parents were born was lovingly renovated and refurbished over several years.
The accommodation extends over 3 floors and covers approx. 120 square meters.
A hanging chair invites you to relax and watch the passing ships or the flying swans. flying swans.
A room-saving staircase in the living room leads to the top floor.
There is a bed (1.40 m) to the left and right.
If you lie in bed, you can see the sky through the the sky through the large skylights.
And if the sky is overcast, a night light conjures up the starry the stars on the wall.

Bicycles can be securely locked (please register in advance) in a bicycle cage. can be locked away.

Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Der Schaukel Sitz mit Blick auf den Rhein einfach traumhaft. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Nähe zur bushaltestelle ist optimal. Alles rundum hat gepasst und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Gab nix was uns gestört hätte.

Es ist dort ruhig ohne Verkehrslärm. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz und man kann auch Fahrräder gut und sicher unterstellen.
Die Gastgeber wohnen in der Nähe, sind sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Die Einrichtung ist top, alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden.
Für alte oder gangunsichere Menschen eher weniger gut geeignet wegen der Treppen und Türschwellen.
Für alle anderen: Klare Empfehlung!
