The Gîte du Sequé enjoys an ideal location, between the countryside and the ocean, at the gates of the city for a pleasant stay to discover in any season.
The historic center of Dax, the banks of the Adour, the hills of Chalosse, the Landes gastronomy as well as the Landes beaches await you and offer the perfect setting to disconnect and recharge your batteries.
Whether for a vacation, for a spa treatment with an adapted price, or for a business trip, the house offers you all the necessary comfort in a rural setting.
You will particularly appreciate the fully enclosed 1600m² garden with trees and flowers, the sunny veranda which extends the interior living space, the fully equipped independent kitchen as well as the warm atmosphere of this rental.
This independent house is arranged on one level (with two steps at the entrance). It has garden furniture, a barbecue, sun loungers, a parasol.
With a surface area of 97m², it can accommodate up to 6 people and a pet.

Gîte très spacieux très bien situé en campagne mais à 5 minutes de Dax. Très pratique pour faire ses courses. Très grand jardin et véranda avec vue sur le jardin. Trois grandes chambres cuisine bien équipée. Je recommande. Excellent accueil du propriétaire.

Impeccable, le gîte est très bien équipé et à 2 pas de Dax. Le seul bémol concernant la tranquillité est qu’il se trouve sur la trajectoire du tour de piste de la base hélicoptère EALAT voisine. Il y a des moments où les hélicoptères se succèdent mais la nuisance sonore n’est pas énorme.

Malgré le mauvais temps nous avons passé un très bon séjour au gîte du sequé.Très bon accueil du propriétaire, disponible en cas de besoin.Un grand jardin bien clôturé pour les animaux.Tout près de Dax et commerces à proximité.Doit être encore mieux l'été avec la véranda.Nous recommandons.
