The accommodation is equipped with all the comforts to make your stay unforgettable: full kitchen, furnished balcony, wifi, shared swimming pool, parking (NOT guaranteed).
The space The 42m2 accommodation is located on the second floor of a building with a lift The internal space is composed as follows: - KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, electric oven, moka and kitchen utensils. - LIVING AREA with a French double sofa bed, table with chairs and TV. - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe - BATHROOM with toilet, bidet and tub/shower. - BALCONY with table and chairs.
Additional services available to guests: pocket WiFi, 2 fans, central heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
Condominium parking NOT guaranteed Swimming pool - opening hours: from 15 June to 15 September, 10am-1pm / 3.30pm-8pm, with lifeguard.
Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
Other things to note At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

Die Lage aber auch das Appartement an sich sind einfach toll. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ebenfalls super.
Ausstattung der Küche war eher spartanisch.
Es sollten mehr Küchenutensilien vorhanden sein, zb Schneidebrett, Sieb.
