Recently refurbished building designed for the enjoyment of our guests, it has a total of 20 flats with capacity for 3 and 5 people and has a lift, internet access (wifi), communal laundry room with washing machines, iron and ironing board at no extra charge.



All flats have a terrace, hot and cold air conditioning, television, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery/cutlery/kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. There is an optional parking space with extra charge in the building opposite (Mercadona). Parking rates: 1 day 22 euros, week 97 euros, 10 days 128 euros, 15 days 148 euros, month 181 euros. From 5 days onwards, the weekly voucher pays off. The cost is paid in the car park itself.



-The key handover and check-in take place in the same building 24 hours a day. If you need additional information, ticket sales, direct bookings or if you have not checked in online, our office is located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, in front of Burger King.

-A deposit of 200€ will be held on your credit/debit card.

-Check-in from 16:30h (high season can be delayed until 18:00h)
