Our house is located in a quiet, sunny spot, just a few steps from the valley run of the Hochzillertal ski area, with a private hot tub and sauna.
The chalet is spread over two floors, bright and exclusively furnished.
It offers a cozy living area with a comfortable sofa set for cuddly hours in front of the television and the tiled stove. You can prepare delicious culinary delights in our well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, traditional wood-burning stove, oven, Nespresso machine, wine climate cabinet, dishes, and other utensils, as usual, and enjoy them together at the large dining table. You will also find six bedrooms with comfortable double beds and sofa beds, ensuring a peaceful and restful sleep.
All bedrooms are equipped with large flat-screen TVs. An additional sofa bed is available in the small playroom under the eaves. Two modern bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink, promising pure showering pleasure in the morning. After an eventful day, spend wonderful moments with a glass of wine in our hot tub on the large terrace and enjoy the heavenly view of the Tyrolean mountains. A playground is available for our younger guests.
The little ones can also let off steam in the 100 m² garden. A parking space for your car is available. Our beautiful holiday apartment is located in a quiet area, away from noise and traffic, surrounded by meadows, forests, and a divine mountain backdrop. The ski slope is right outside the door.
Immerse yourself in the wonderfully snowy winter fairytale and let off steam on the well-groomed ski slopes. Please note that any applicable tourist tax is not included in the total price.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder.

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Für eine Gruppe aus 9 Personen bietet es viel Platz, wobei der Komfort nicht leiden muss. Die Vermieter sind gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Alles bestens, gerne wieder!
