This peaceful cottage is located in a typical Briéronne hamlet of thatched cottages.
Situated on the upper floor, it adjoins the owners' house and has a separate entrance.
It is 10 km from Guérande and 15 km from La Baule. The cottage features a private terrace with a pergola, overlooking a shared, enclosed landscaped garden of 1500 m². Private parking is available on the property. Upstairs: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed), shower room/WC. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, fan, hairdryer. Included: bed linen, towels/household linen. Not included: electric heating (€8/day), tourist tax. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . L', accueil très agréable. La gentillesse des propriétaires et leurs disponibilités. Le lieu est superbe, au sein même des marais. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé,propre et calme. Parking privé, extérieur soigné. Merci beaucoup
