Welcome to our flat with exceptional views over the bay of Villefranche,

Located on the first floor with lift, you'll find all the comforts: space, air conditioning, terrace, fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...

The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a comfortable 180cm double bed, a bathroom with shower, separate WC, a kitchen, a living-dining room with television and access to the terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.


Traveller access


The condominium is very easily accessible by car, it is strongly advised to bring a vehicle in this area.

The flat is fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are provided and you will have access to the full accommodation.

The area


The very quiet and green area will allow you to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Walking is possible but a vehicle is strongly recommended to reach the beach, restaurants, shops and the Old Town.


Getting around


Access to the accommodation from the airport is possible by public transport: take the tram from Nice airport to the port of Nice. From the port you can take bus number 15 and get off at La Barmassa. This journey takes 1 hour, you can use the same ticket for the tram and the bus.

You can also ask us to organise a transfer by private vehicle from the airport to the flat.

You can also access the flat by car and park in the residence's guest car park.



IMPORTANT - INTERNAL RULES

For security reasons, prior to arrival an online check-in will need to be completed via our Yaago app in which the person responsible for the booking will need to provide their ID.


The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of repair, with respect for the premises, the neighbours and basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.


Parties and parties are not permitted.

Smoking is not permitted inside.


Failure to comply with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
