The flat has an area of 58 m2 and consists of living room, two bedrooms, french style kitchen, bathroom and balcony with sea views. There is everything necessary for a comfortable and relaxing stay: furniture, electrical appliances (including a coffee machine), crockery, bed linen and towels. There is summer furniture on the balcony. Air conditioning is installed in the living room. Spanish TV, wireless internet. The nearest supermarket is only 100 metres away. There are several bars and restaurants within a radius of 150 m. The sea and the beach are only 200 m away! Accommodation option: up to 4 persons (no pets!) Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!

Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays, there will be an additional charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday closed. A deposit of 200 euros is payable at check-in.
