Die Wohnung hatte für uns die perfekte Größe mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Sie ist sehr gut und großzügig geschnitten. Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise defekt. Es ist schade, dass W-LAN bei dem Preis nicht inklusive ist. Wir hatten ein Gerät vom Vorbesitzer und konnten es nutzen. Das war gut. Sonst hätten wir dafür was zahlen müssen.

...einige Defekte und Mankos, die sich summiert haben. Lage ist gut, beide Schlafräume gehen auf die Bergseite hinaus, zu hören ist hauptsächlich der Bach. Infrastruktur sämtlich in Gehweite.
Eindruck dennoch etwas abgewohnt, die angegebene Renovierung umfasste wohl nur einen neuen Anstrich.
Übergabe problemlos, Parkplatz in Tiefgarage eng, aber machbar.
Für Kurzaufenthalt okay.

Ruim appartement met 2 badkamers en toiletten. Zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Losse tegels in badkamer 1 en badkamer 2 had een vrij kleine douchecabine welke ook aan vervanging toe is. Toilet 1 op riool aangesloten toilet 2 is een broyeurtoilet. Wij hadden maar 1 toilet in gebruik. Rook in de badkamer...
