The TAL flat on the ground floor has a spacious living and dining room with an open-plan kitchen behind the bar.

The furnishings are of high quality and mostly customised.

The h9 TAL is ideal for 2-4 people, with a bedroom with box-spring bed, large wall unit and bathroom next door.

If you are planning a holiday with friends and family, you can also use the sofa bed with comfortable spring mattress or alternatively the box-spring bed in the relaxation area, next to which there is another spacious bathroom.Your XXL underground car park with charging station (wallbox) is reserved for you free of charge.

You have direct access to the h9 TAL flat and plenty of storage space for sports equipment such as bikes or skis.A holiday at h9 promises time out and adventure at the same time! Here you live in peace and quiet, just like in nature! The hiking trails start right at the garden fence.

You can easily reach many attractions by public transport, such as the Partnachklamm gorge, the Olympic ski stadium with the ski jump, the mountain railways or the Eibsee lake.

The town centre with restaurants and shops of all kinds is just a five-minute walk away.

You are welcome to book our additional breakfast service, a filled fridge on arrival or a change of towels and bed linen.
