The house is located 120m from the long beach of Avlomonas and about 1000m from the center of Livadi and the port of the island.

It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can accommodate up to four people, a living room with two built-in sofas, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

All rooms have air conditioning and WIFI. The house also has a courtyard where guests can have lunch or breakfast, as well as access via a built-in staircase to a terrace which offers 360o views of the sea, the port and Serifos Town.

Finally, the courtyard is followed by a garden. Public parking is 3 minutes from the house
