VILLA VALLE HERMOSO IN XÁLO (JALON)
Rust Rust Rust and then this view... Villa Valle Hermoso is beautifully situated in the quiet and authentic Spanish village of Xálo in the Jalon valley. And just 19 km from the most beautiful beaches. What a fantastic view from the terrace with a cosy veranda. Here you can enjoy the green surroundings at any time of the day. Because green is what you'll find in the hinterland of the sunny Costa Blanca North. Villa Valle Hermoso is a delightful holiday home where everyone has plenty of space. This beautiful detached holiday home with a private swimming pool is located just a bit higher than all other houses, giving you a panoramic view of the Jalon valley and the village of Xálo. Restaurants, shops and supermarket can be found 2.2 km away in the village. Jalon is known for its beautiful walking and cycling routes. If you love wine, don't forget to visit one of the bodegas. 19 to 25 km from the house are the beautiful resorts of Moraira and Jávea with fine sandy beaches, idyllic bays, lovely harbours and water sports opportunities.
Layout of Villa Valle Hermoso
Villa Valle Hermoso consists of 3 floors. You park on your own grounds with space for 3 cars. Via a terrace and steps you walk to the front door and enter the hallway. From the hallway you have access to a separate toilet, the upper floor, kitchen, living room and terrace with that phenomenal view.
The living room has a cosy seating area with a pellet stove, air conditioning, ceiling fan, a dining area with a table for 6 people, and there is a smart TV available (including NLZiet and Netflix). You can also log in to your own streaming service on the TV.
Via the dining area, you walk to the covered terrace (Naja) which is equipped with an open fireplace, electrically operated wind screen and a round table for 6 people. Here you can enjoy a long meal with family and friends or simply enjoy the stunning view in complete silence!
The separate kitchen is very comprehensively equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, 5-burner gas hob, coffee maker (Nespresso). From the kitchen, you also have a beautiful view over the valley.

Bedroom 1: master bedroom with balcony, a double bed (180 x 210 cm), air conditioning, ceiling fan, a TV and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 2: a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with air conditioning and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3: a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with air conditioning and ceiling fan.
The second bathroom is equipped with shower, washbasin and toilet.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA VALLE HERMOSO
We can't stop talking about the amount of space and the unimaginably fine view of the greenery, the valley, and the mountains.
Arriving through the electric gate, you come, via your own driveway, to the parking area with space for 3 cars.
Via a few steps, you reach the terrace, equipped with a terrace table with 4 chairs and a large parasol, where you can enjoy the peace and the beautiful view. You walk from the terrace to the front door, where there is another pleasant seating area with that magnificent view. Via a staircase along the house, you walk to the delightful private swimming pool with sun loungers, shade cloth, and a lovely outdoor shower. By the pool, you have a spacious terrace, equipped with a dining area, electric BBQ, shade cloth, and for the cooler winter evenings, a gas terrace heater. Next to the terrace, you have a separate space you may use, where you'll find a 2nd kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet.
