Beautiful one bedroom apartments located on the first floor of a modern building with security entry. Stylish furnishings through the entire property with everything completely renewed in January 2017 including kitchen and bathroom. The Living area has a modern wooden flooring, comfortable sofa, Smart TV, Free wifi, dining table and chairs. There is small balconette off the living room also.
The kitchen contains all modern appliance: Electirc Hob & oven, Fridge, Freezer, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher. The cupboards are well stocked with pots/pans/crockery/cutlery and everything you should need for a long stay within the apartment.
The bathroom has a luxurious feel with tiling all round and a huge shower cabin. The shower is electric. There is an illuminated mirror for added style and heated towel rail.
The bedroom has a UK king size bed with Hotel Quality mattress, large mirrored fitted wardrobes plus plenty of drawer space. There is ample space for a long or short stay.
The apartment has modern electrical radiators which are easily controlled by thermostats on each meaning you can adjust the heat in each room whenever you want.
There are communal resident gardens to enjoy in the warmer months. Overall this is a great place for business or leisure travellers to unwind and relax and with a great central location also. The added possibility of a parking space is unique for one bedroom apartments in the city centre.
Located in the heart of the financial district but still within short walking distance of Buchanan Street and the main shopping area of Glasgow. Brown Street is a quiet street with no bars or noise disturbance but within a very short distance to excellent choice of restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife.
