Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom villa located in the beautiful Linda Vista Baja, San Pedro de Alcantara. This beach house is the perfect choice for holidaymakers looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. With 3 double bedrooms, our villa offers ample space for families to relax and enjoy their stay. It is possible to increase the number of people staying in the villa (from 6 to 8) with the double sofa bed in the living room. The villa has been recently renovated in 2023, ensuring a stylish interior throughout. Please note that for coffee it is filter coffee.

Our villa has a private swimming pool, 4x8m with depth between 1m-2m, and sun loungers, inviting you to enjoy the glorious sunshine and take refreshing dips at your leisure. The pool can be heated for a supplement in the cooler months. The private south-facing garden offers an oasis of tranquillity, perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a delicious meal in the covered outdoor dining area. You can also take advantage of the roof terrace with a relaxing lounge area. There is private parking for 1 car.

In addition, a short 10-minute walk will take you to a variety of restaurants and the town centre, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips.

Located in Linda Vista Baja, this villa is conveniently within walking distance of the beach (500 metres from Macaoo beach and 900 metres from the San Pedro beach promenade), where you can spend lazy days sunbathing and swimming or dining at the local Chiringuito Macaao. It is also only a 10 minute walk to a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre, giving you easy access to local amenities and entertainment options.

LOCATION




San Pedro Alcántara is a coastal town located between Marbella and Estepona. Very traditional and relaxed, it attracts the type of visitor looking for a more discreet holiday.




San Pedro is a vibrant town full of restaurants, bars, bakeries and ice cream parlours. Its gastronomic scene is both local and international, with Irish pubs, Asian restaurants, Dutch bars, as well as traditional Spanish bars and restaurants. There are a couple of supermarkets (Mercadona, Maskom, Carrefour and Dia), a 24 hour pharmacy and boutiques. Thursday is market day, a real paradise for bargain hunters. The Boulevard is fast becoming the heart of San Pedro and a children's favourite with a total of six playgrounds and an area for skateboarding and rollerblading. Meanwhile adults can sit nearby or go to one of the bars/restaurants for a drink, a snack or a meal.



Nueva Alcántara is the new part of town with wide tree-lined avenues leading to the beach. It has a 2 km long promenade which doubles as an outdoor gym with exercise machines and is always full of joggers, prams and dog walkers. It is dotted with chiringuitos (beach bars) along the entire length, most of them serving Mediterranean cuisine and, of course, the ubiquitous tinto de verano to quench your thirst.


The promenade also connects to Puerto Banús and it is possible to walk to Marbella.



If you are looking for a big night out, Marbella and Puerto Banús are just a short drive away.



For sporting activities, there are plenty of options. The Nueva Alcantara paddle and tennis club has 11 paddle and 4 tennis courts. The adjacent residential area of Guadalmina is also known for its well-kept golf courses. If you just want to play a few balls, try the Guadalmina public driving range (located near the Barceló Hotel). Cable Ski Marbella, next to the driving range, also offers wakeboarding, kneeboarding and water skiing lessons.

The road to Ronda starts in San Pedro so experienced cyclists can enjoy a challenging but beautiful ride.
