Very nice Depandance located inside a family villa, Villa Mango, recently renovated by the owners, Simona and Michael, who decided to move from Turin to Versilia to enjoy the sea all year round.


The annexe is just a few steps away from the pine forest and the beach of Viareggio, in the quiet and green residential district Don Bosco, with easy free parking on the street and an independent entrance.

The annexe has a living area with kitchen, table, sofa and TV. A bathroom with shower cubicle and a double bedroom with wardrobe. A furnished outdoor area for enjoying breakfast, lunch and summer dinners completes the offer. The outdoor space is situated in the garden shared with the main villa where a centuries-old olive tree can be seen.


The depandance is equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, mosquito nets in all rooms and wi-fi.


The beach is only 800 metres away (a 5-10 minute walk) and can be reached by crossing the cool pine forest where it is possible to rent bicycles for the duration of your stay, forgetting your car and enjoying the numerous cycle paths.


Consumption is included, with the exception of air conditioning, which will be calculated at your checkout.


Bed linen and towels, a courtesy kit with shampoo and bath foam and a welcome gift are included.
