IMPORTANT COST AND PAYMENT-RELATED INFORMATION
At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for money for your stays, ensuring that you only pay for the services you really need. Our basic rental price includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, the additional costs for each of them are specified below
1. You can pay by credit card (3% surcharge) or by bank transfer (no additional costs)
2. Cleaning costs
- For stays of up to one week, cleaning costs are 350 € at the end of the stay.
- For two-week stays, a mid-stay cleaning of 2 hours by 2 people is carried out at a cost of 90 €, and a full final cleaning at the end of the second week for 350 €.
- For three-week stays, two intermediate cleanings are included (one halfway through the first week and another halfway through the second week), each with a cost of 90 €, and a full final cleaning at the end of the third week for 350 €.
3. - Tourist tax: 1€/Adult/Day for the first 7 days.
4. - In the low season: 600 €/month for water, electricity, and gas based on actual consumption/month. Heating surcharge of the house 300€/week.
5. Check-in and check-out times
Check-in: from 16:00 to 20:00
Check-out: until 10:00
6. Late arrival
From 20:00 to midnight: Surcharge of 45 €.
After midnight: Surcharge of 70 €.
