The holiday complex leaves nothing to be desired with its numerous entertainment options.

These include the wonderful pool area with several pools.

In addition to two children's pools with a lagoon, water games and slides, there is a pool for adults, a great playground and a mini club/entertainment programme for children.

There is also an entertainment programme for teenagers and adults, a wide range of sports activities and a restaurant, pizzeria, bar and ice cream parlour.

The sandy beach is ideal for families with children.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests.

The modern Happy Premium Suite mobile home is bright and friendly and can accommodate a maximum of 7 people.

The accommodation consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds.

A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space.

The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and is equipped with a fridge (small freezer compartment), 4-burner gas hob, sink, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, microwave and filter coffee machine.

The living area has 2 Bluetooth speakers and a USB port.

There are also mosquito nets on the bedroom and living room windows.

The bathroom has a washbasin, a shower, a mirror and a hairdryer; the WC is separate.

The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs, 2 loungers/deckchairs, a hanging chair and an electric barbecue or an electric barbecue plate invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool.

Air conditioning is available.

A travel cot, high chair and bed linen are also available (please reserve when booking).

On request, you can book half or full board on site.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The sandy beach is about 800-900 metres from the holiday complex and can be easily reached on foot via a path through the shady forest.

The sandy beach is particularly suitable for families with children and is ideal for building sandcastles.

This makes the beach the ideal place to relax and sunbathe or enjoy a sporting activity.

Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.

POOL Holidaymakers have access to an Olympic-size pool and large sunbathing areas with loungers and parasols.

For the little ones, there is a swimming area with a lagoon, islands, slides and water games.

There are also massage jets and a heated pool, which can also be covered.

The pool bar has a large, tasty and varied offer and you can have a snack or a cocktail in the shade.

LOCATION The holiday complex is located in Tuscany.

The resort has a lot to offer, but if you would like to visit an Italian town on the Etruscan Coast, San Vincenco is a good choice.

San Vincenzo is around 8.5 km away.

A beautiful old town centre and a few restaurants await you there.

If you would like to visit the island of Elba, you have to drive about 12.5 km to get to the ferry.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY In the low and high season, a group of experienced entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way.

Football, table tennis, beach volleyball, water polo and games tournaments are organised on a daily basis.

The team also organises aerobics, water gymnastics and other courses.

There is a mini club for children and a junior club for the older ones.

There is also a playground and an adventure trail.

Your children will have the opportunity to take part in evening performances as protagonists.

Cabaret, games evenings and guest evenings are also organised every evening, followed by disco and/or dance evenings.

There is a wide range of sporting activities on offer.

Multi-purpose courts (basketball, volleyball, football), table tennis and a volleyball court are at your disposal.

There is also a nice mini-golf course.

Families with small children also have the option of hiring a baby cot or high chair on site.

LEISURE AND SPORT Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice: football pitch, mini football pitch, beach volleyball, cycling, trekking and jogging routes.

In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied fitness programme for every day with stretching, water gymnastics and much more.

There is also a sand court where beach volleyball can be played.

Bicycle and scooter hire is also available.

You can explore the beautiful region by bike and enjoy the marvellous views.

SHOPPING The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items.

You will also find a bazaar, a clothes shop, a souvenir shop, a tobacconist and newsagent, an ATM and a pharmacy with over-the-counter medicines in the holiday park.

CATERING The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and cooking pots as well as a fridge with freezer compartment.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

The holiday park also offers a restaurant with an open grill and a pizzeria, a take-away, a buffet restaurant Laguna "all you can eat", a fast food restaurant, a fast food snack bar, an ice cream parlour, two cocktail bars and a disco.

If you prefer to make use of half or full board, you are welcome to book this on site (advance booking is not necessary).

PETS Pets are welcome with prior notification at the time of booking.

Only one pet is allowed and it must not weigh more than 35kg.

The customer is obliged to pay a deposit of 120 euros when bringing a dog.

If everything is in order on departure, the customer will receive 100 euros of the deposit back and 20 euros will go to the holiday park for extra cleaning.

SPECIAL FEATURES In high season, a small train runs to the sandy beach.

The holiday park has a first aid station, lockers and an internet corner.

The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant.

Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are available.

The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Any complaints will be charged at Euro 50.

If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking (for a fee as stated in the additional costs) or must be booked at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).
